* MISSION STATEMENT
– Responsible for performance analysis, reporting, and providing secretarial, administrative supports,
* ROLES
– Tracking, monitoring, and reporting sales performance, profit results of ‘B’s Mart format
– Perform secretarial and administrative supports
– Support and coordinate with the department’s colleagues to ensure an effective and smooth operations
* RESPONSIBILITIES
– Prepare sales performance & profit reporting tool (by clusters, store, area…) for frequently update;
– Run category sales reports and analysis when required to compare article sales with PY; and update to Operations & merchandise’;
– Prepare analysis, figure, presentation for meeting and reports for Ass. Director;
– Prepare & update information on market (competitors, …), when required;
– Booking meeting room and making meeting minutes;
– Coordinate Marketing to organize store opening activities;
– Manage contracts for shopping bags, printing bill, stock count, cleaning services … for B’s mart
– Work on & prepare for budget (monthly, weekly)

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
– Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications;
– Basic English and Vietnamese, both in written and spoken.
– Personal quality such as integrity, high level of accuracy, strong in organizing works and time management, reliable.
– Have at least 2 years of experience in sales admin, Business Analyst
– Excellent skills for MS office software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point,Outlook)
– Good analytical skill, good business mind
